Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust full stack applications across frontend and backend

• Build backend services using Java or Python and develop user interfaces with React

• Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using Test-Driven Development (TDD)

• Leverage AI tools for code generation, testing, debugging, and documentation

• Participate in system design discussions focused on scalability and performance

• Troubleshoot, support, and optimize applications in production environments

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and proactively share knowledge

• Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

• 0–3 years of experience in software development (including internships/academic projects)

• Programming skills in Java or Python

• Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks

• Understanding of web technologies, REST APIs, and object-oriented programming

• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases

• Exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit/integration tests

• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude for software development tasks

• Ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated output

• Preferred Skills

• Experience building full stack applications in internships or projects

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Exposure to Docker or containerization

• Experience with CI/CD or automated deployment pipelines

• Experience with debugging, monitoring, or production support
