Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise integration solutions leveraging APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native services

• Architect seamless data flows and integrations between contact center platforms, workforce management systems, HR applications, reporting tools, data warehouses, and analytics platforms

• Lead cloud migration and modernization projects for operational applications and reporting platforms

• Develop highly responsive web applications and sites with engaging, mobile-friendly user experiences

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, page optimization, and SEO best practices

• Guide and enforce industry standards and governance for web applications

• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance teams to deliver high-quality, tested solutions

• Analyze benefits of IT solutions and contribute to technology roadmap decisions

• Stay abreast of emerging web and integration technologies, sharing knowledge with your team

• Supervise and mentor staff, including participation in recruitment and performance reviews

• Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of senior-level experience in web application and integration development

• Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JS frameworks (jQuery, Angular, Ember)

• Advanced skills in object-oriented programming (.NET/C#, Java, PHP, Ruby)

• Proficiency with REST APIs, AJAX, XML, JSON, and MVC frameworks

• Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture

• Expertise in responsive design, mobile interfaces, and cross-browser solutions

• Deep knowledge of SQL, relational database modeling, and advanced queries

• Experience with source control systems like Git, SVN, or TFS

• Strong team leadership capabilities in Agile/Scrum environments

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with workforce management and HR systems integrations

• Knowledge of data warehouse and analytics platform architectures

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and graphic editing tools

• Prior experience with IIS and Apache web server configuration
