About the Role

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise integration solutions leveraging APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native services

Architect seamless data flows and integrations between contact center platforms, workforce management systems, HR applications, reporting tools, data warehouses, and analytics platforms

Lead cloud migration and modernization projects for operational applications and reporting platforms
-
Develop highly responsive web applications and sites with engaging, mobile-friendly user experiences
-
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, page optimization, and SEO best practices
-
Guide and enforce industry standards and governance for web applications
-
Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance teams to deliver high-quality, tested solutions
-
Analyze benefits of IT solutions and contribute to technology roadmap decisions

Stay abreast of emerging web and integration technologies, sharing knowledge with your team

Supervise and mentor staff, including participation in recruitment and performance reviews

Required Skills and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
-
8+ years of senior-level experience in web application and integration development
-
Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JS frameworks (jQuery, Angular, Ember)
-
Advanced skills in object-oriented programming (.NET/C#, Java, PHP, Ruby)

Proficiency with REST APIs, AJAX, XML, JSON, and MVC frameworks
-
Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture

Expertise in responsive design, mobile interfaces, and cross-browser solutions

Deep knowledge of SQL, relational database modeling, and advanced queries
-
Experience with source control systems like Git, SVN, or TFS
-
Strong team leadership capabilities in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills

Experience with workforce management and HR systems integrations

Knowledge of data warehouse and analytics platform architectures

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and graphic editing tools
