Standardize workflows to improve Turnaround Time (TAT) without compromising technical integrity. 4. Compliance Standards Ensure all project outputs strictly adhere to global codes, including ACI, AISC, Eurocode, and IS codes . Develop and maintain internal "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs) for structural BIM workflows. Operational Speed 100% adherence to project timelines and TAT targets. BIM Maturity Successful integration of structural data into 4D/5D BIM environments. The Ideal Candidate Experience Education: 15+ years of core experience in structural design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Bachelor s/Master s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in analysis software: ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and SAP2000 . Expert-level knowledge of BIM platforms (e.g., Revit Structure, Navisworks, Tekla ). Deep understanding of the "Process" behind integrated delivery moving from analysis to 3D model to fabrication drawings.
