Job Title: Java Backend Developer Company: Indus Net Technologies Location: Newtown, Kolkata Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Work Days: Monday to Friday Joining Timeline: Immediate to 15 Days Experience Required: 3–4 Years Communication: Strong communication skills required Job Description Indus Net Technologies is seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with hands-on experience in building robust, scalable backend systems and microservices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining backend components while working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java 8, Spring, and Spring Boot . Build and manage microservices architecture for scalable distributed systems. Implement RESTful APIs and ensure high performance and responsiveness. Work with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL / SQL Server , including query optimization and data modeling. Use ORM tools effectively for data access and persistence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution implementation. Ensure smooth deployment and integration of developed microservices in distributed systems. Work with GitHub, SVN , or similar version control systems. Participate in Agile ceremonies and use tools like Jira for task tracking and project management. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development . Strong expertise in Java 8, Spring Framework, Spring Boot , and microservices. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred). Strong understanding of microservices design principles and distributed systems. Proficient in SQL with experience in PostgreSQL or SQL Server . Hands-on experience with ORM tools . Familiarity with version control systems ( GitHub, SVN, etc. ). Experience working in an Agile development environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and communication ability.
