About the role
Key Responsibilities Planning & Coordination Develop detailed deployment plans for telecom sites, including civil, mechanical, and electrical works. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, vendors, and operations) to align project timelines. Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments. Execution Supervise on-site activities including tower erection, equipment installation, cabling, and power systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements. Monitor progress against project schedules and resolve on-ground challenges. Handover & Documentation Conduct site acceptance testing and quality audits before handover. Prepare and maintain deployment documentation including drawings, test reports, and compliance certificates. Ensure smooth transition of deployed sites to operations teams with zero disruption. Required Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline. 2-5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure deployment or related fields. Strong knowledge of civil works (foundations, shelters, towers), mechanical systems (structural stability, HVAC), and electrical systems (power supply, DG sets, earthing). Familiarity with telecom equipment installation, fiber/copper cabling, and power management. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple site deployments simultaneously. Key Attributes Strong technical acumen with multidisciplinary exposure.
