Associate Engineer

Job Title - Associate Engineer / Engineer Experience- 1 to 3 Years Shift Timings- 247 rotational shifts Location - Noida NSEZ Job Type - Full-Time Monitor application health and respond promptly to production incidents. Troubleshoot application, database, and infrastructure-related issues. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate with development teams for issue resolution. Support application deployment and implementation activities. Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests through the ticketing system. Monitor and ensure adherence to defined SLAs and operational KPIs. Handle production escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Monitor AWS resources and application logs to proactively identify issues. Create and maintain operational documentation and knowledge base articles. Participate in on-call support 247 rotational shifts . Skills Required Excellent verbal/ written communication skills Good Analytical Skills Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Hands-on experience or exposure to SQL Server, Snowflake, and MySQL. Exposure to AWS services: Amazon EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda, Redshift, AWS Glue, Athena, and Amazon S3. Basic knowledge of PowerShell and Shell scripting. Understanding of application support and production support processes. Experience or exposure to incident management, ticket management, SLA monitoring, and escalation handling.
