Civil Engineer Location: L&T Hydrocarbon Plant, Jamnagar, Gujarat Position: Civil Engineer About the Role We are hiring Civil Engineers with hands-on experience in industrial construction , particularly in oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical sectors . The role involves managing on-site execution, structure, and erection work , ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage civil construction activities, including structural and erection tasks. Work closely with project teams and subcontractors to meet project goals and deadlines. Identify and prioritize critical areas to maintain smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards. Monitor progress, allocate resources, and resolve any on-site challenges. Educational Qualification B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with exposure to oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects . Requirements Expertise in structure and erection work for industrial projects. Strong knowledge of resource estimation, project scheduling, and quality control. Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations specific to the industry. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and address technical issues efficiently. Skills Effective communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines and resources.
