Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Key Responsibilities System Implementation and Configuration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and commissioning of energy management systems. Ensure seamless integration of EMS with building automation systems (BAS) and other relevant technologies. Configure system parameters, schedules, and alarms to optimize energy usage. Energy Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor real-time energy consumption data from various sources (e.g., meters, sensors, BMS). Analyze energy usage patterns to identify inefficiencies and potential savings opportunities. Generate detailed reports on energy consumption, cost, and carbon emissions. Energy Efficiency Initiatives: Develop and implement energy-saving strategies, such as demand response programs, peak shaving, and load shedding. Conduct energy audits to assess building performance and identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement energy-efficient technologies and practices. System Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Perform regular system maintenance, including software updates, hardware replacements, and calibration. Troubleshoot system issues and resolve problems promptly. Provide technical support to building operators and maintenance staff. Data Management and Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze energy consumption data. Generate accurate and timely reports on energy performance metrics.
