About the program iNexus STEM Research is seeking proactive interns for a 6 month Project Development and Product Management internship at the K Ramakrishnan College of Technology KR SIIF incubation center. This program offers hands on experience in the complete product lifecycle bridging technical engineering with strategic product management. Key responsibilities include project coordination by managing timelines tasks and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule. Interns will conduct market research to analyze competitors and identify customer needs to inform product strategy. They will also handle documentation by maintaining project status reports and technical specifications. Collaboration is essential as interns will work alongside engineering and design teams to align on goals and facilitate communication. Furthermore interns will assist in quality assurance by monitoring risks and quality standards to ensure high quality output. Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a Mechanical Engineering degree or a related field. We seek individuals with strong analytical problem solving and communication skills who can thrive in a fast paced environment. This on site role provides industry relevant mentorship and an internship completion certificate. Professional Conduct: Interns must adhere to the professional standards, confidentiality policies, and safety protocols of iNexus STEM Research. Project Deliverables: Interns are responsible for actively contributing to assigned tasks, maintaining project documentation, and attending required team meetings.
