Experience with Silverlight,IIS0,SSL Certificates,Root Certificates and web application fault finding CCNA preferred Experience with SQL Server- Basic SQL setup should be good enough Minimum 2- 3 years experience in providing Tech Support or working in projects delivery especially CCTV systems Experience with Virtual deployments would be an advantage
