Internship - System Engineering

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide timely technical and administrative support to end users including resolving incident tickets and service requests efficiently
• Maintain daily operations of Workplace Services, including installations, configurations and setup of new computing environments based on pre-defined standard requirements and specification
• Collaborate with the local onsite support team to ensure timely project delivery and provide support as needed
• Assist in Office and Production network accessibility and troubleshooting
• Support the local team in rolling out projects

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Currently studying in Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal in English
