Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide fast support to customer on quality related requests including product information, quality documentation and technical qualification information.
• Support quality cases within case management tool as well as face-to-face customer meeting with China customers.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
• Min 5 years semiconductor industry/manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of semiconductor product qualification will be a plus
• Good communication skill and able to handle demanding request from customer
