About the Role: Tier-3 IP/MPLS & Security Support Engineer Are you passionate about solving complex network and security challenges in large-scale service provider or enterprise environments. We're looking for a Tier-3 IP/MPLS & Security Support Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in supporting high-availability, multi-vendor infrastructures. Experience: 7+yrs Location: Noida/Bangalore/Chennai Work Mode: Hybrid Shift: Rotational Responsibilities: Act as the final escalation point for complex network and security incidents Troubleshoot IP/MPLS backbones, core routers, firewalls, and CGNAT platforms Lead major incident calls (P1/P2) and drive rapid service restoration Support and mentor Tier-1 and Tier-2 NOC teams Diagnose issues across MPLS, VPNs, routing protocols, and performance Handle escalations related to firewalls, NAT, VPNs, and security policies Collaborate with vendors such as Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Check Point Review and support network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities Produce RCAs and technical documentation and share knowledge across teams Required Skill: Strong hands-on experience with IP/MPLS networks Expertise in MPLS, L3VPN/L2VPN, VPLS/EVPN Solid knowledge of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS Experience with firewalls and CGNAT platforms Exposure to Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Check Point technologies Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and communication skills Familiarity with monitoring and packet analysis tools Qualification and Certifications (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or a related field Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, Nokia NRS, Fortinet NSE, or Check Point are a plus
