Job description LOCATION Offshore (Bangalore) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 7+ years Cerner HealtheLife or equivalent patient portal platform support ROLE SUMMARY The Patient Engagement Analyst supports Cerner HealtheLife patient portal and related communication platforms. Safety-net hospital context makes patient engagement materially different: portal adoption competes with phone and in-person workflows, and issues often carry equity and access dimensions. Single offshore seat covering through Y5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide Cerner HealtheLife patient portal support. • Support patient communication platform integrations (SMS, email, IVR). • Support care coordination tools. • Provide population health workflow basics (chronic disease registries, care gap workflows). • Inspect HL7 v2.x ADT messages for portal account provisioning diagnosis. • Escalate equity/access dimensions cleanly when they surface. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS Cerner HealtheLife (required) Cerner HealtheLife patient portal support. Account provisioning workflow. Messaging workflow. Document sharing. Patient Communication (required) Patient communication platform support across SMS, email, and IVR integrations. GetWell Rounds+ (required) GetWell Rounds+ support: patient education delivery, satisfaction surveying. Care Coordination (required) Population Health (required) HL7 v2.x ADT (required) HL7 v2.x ADT message inspection for portal account provisioning. ServiceNow (required) ServiceNow ticket queue management. FHIR Awareness (preferred) FHIR R4 awareness for portal APIs. EMPI Touchpoints (preferred) Patient identity management touchpoints (EMPI). HealtheIntent Awareness (preferred) Cerner HealtheIntent basic awareness. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS • Cerner Millennium Foundations (mandatory) • Cerner HealtheLife OR equivalent patient portal experience (2+ years) (mandatory) • ITIL 4 Foundation (mandatory) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • FHIR R4 Proficiency • Community population health certification • Prior offshore patient portal support for a US healthcare provider, ideally in a safety-net or community hospital context
