Job description Software Engineer I (QA) Experience: 2 to 3 years in QA (with at least 2 years in QA automation using Python) Location: Kathmandu About the Role: We’re looking for a Software Engineer I (QA) to design and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and quality processes for data-driven platforms. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute manual and automated test plans. · Build regression test suites and maintain test environments. · Analyze large datasets and ensure data quality. · Collaborate with developers and data engineers on data ingestion/distribution platforms. Requirements: · Strong programming skills in Python Tech Stack. · Hands-on experience with test automation (Selenium, Python). · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. · Familiarity with SQL Databases, No-SQL Databases and ability to write SQL and aggregation pipelines in MongoDB. · Familiarity with AWS. · Hands on experience with git. · Experience with test management tools (Jira X-ray) is a plus. Preferred Skills · Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe). · Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). · Familiarity with US healthcare data.
