About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Lead / Architect with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem to lead solution design, development, and customer engagements. The candidate should have proven experience leading teams, delivering enterprise-scale solutions, and interacting directly with customers. Required Skills Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) Power Pages Power Automate Flows Dataverse Copilot Studio Azure Services & Integrations REST APIs, Custom Connectors GitHub / CI-CD Good to Have Power BI Azure DevOps AI Builder / Generative AI solutions Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable Power Platform solutions. Lead and mentor development teams. Drive architecture, code reviews, and best practices. Work closely with customers to understand requirements and recommend solutions. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure and enterprise applications. Ensure successful project delivery with high quality and governance standards. Candidate Profile 8-10 years of overall IT experience. Strong hands-on technical expertise in Power Platform and Azure. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills. Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end solution delivery.
