Role: Data Analyst Band: B2 / C1 Location: Gurugram / Bengaluru (Hybrid) Compensation: Up to 25 LPA Fixed (Best in the industry for the right candidate) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days Only About the Role EXL Services is looking for experienced Data Analysts with solid expertise in modern data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ETL development, SQL optimization, Python programming, and implementing data solutions using the Medallion Architecture framework. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing. - Extract, transform, and load data from multiple structured and unstructured sources. - Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data analysis and reporting. - Develop data transformation and automation scripts using Python. - Build and maintain data models following the Bronze, Silver, and Gold (Medallion) Architecture. - Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and governance. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and data engineers to deliver scalable data solutions. - Troubleshoot data issues and improve existing ETL workflows for better performance. Required Skills - Strong experience in ETL Development - Advanced SQL programming and query optimization - Good hands-on experience with Python - Practical knowledge of Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver & Gold Layers) - Experience working with large-scale data warehouses and data lakes - Understanding of data modeling, data validation, and performance tuning - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills .
