Safety Officer

Roles and Responsibilities : Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Develop, maintain, and update safety procedures, policies, and training programs for the data center operations team. Provide guidance on personal protective equipment (PPE) use, emergency response planning, and incident reporting protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards such as OSHA regulations. Job Requirements : 3-6 years of experience in industrial safety or a related field (e.g., HSE). NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification in health & safety engineering. Strong understanding of hazard identification (HIRA), risk assessment (JSA), and control measures implementation. Experience working in a data center environment with knowledge of DC specific hazards.
