About the role
We are looking for a Field Engineer to provide on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of systems and equipment. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations at client locations. Key Responsibilities: Install and configure hardware/software at client sites Provide on-site technical support Troubleshoot and resolve system/network issues Perform regular maintenance and updates Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Maintain service reports and documentation Requirements Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and systems Good problem-solving skills Basic communication skills .
