Location-Mumbai/Bangalore/Pune Your Responsibilities at Infinx: • Collaborate with Product Leadership to strategize and prioritize high-impact initiatives to build out. • Drive product development with the engineering team, managing the entire lifecycle of our innovative modules. • Use KPIs and data-driven insights to prioritize your backlog and guide your decision-making. • Lead product launches, balancing feature trade-offs and ensuring we hit our ambitious goals. • Adopt an ownership mindset, basing product decisions on rigorous logic and thorough analysis. • Keep a pulse on industry trends to influence our product roadmap and strategic direction. • Engage with a cross-functional team to synchronize releases and deliver products that resonate with the market. Who's Our Ideal Candidate • A proactive, creative thinker with at least 3 years of product management experience. Development background Even better. • Agile and SDLC savvy, with bonus points for JIRA or similar tools. • A penchant for analytics and data-driven decisions. • Experience with SaaS/PaaS products is strongly preferred • Insight into the U.S. Healthcare/Health IT landscape will set you apart. • Ability to work across geographies and time zones • You are inventive, meticulous, and adept at juggling multiple tasks. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are your superpowers. • You're comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing, always-on work environment.
