Associate - Tech (Product Management)

As an Associate - Tech (Product Management) at Inflection Point Ventures (IPV), you will play a crucial role in identifying customer issues for both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of business requirement specification document based on the identified customer issues - Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals - Project Management of Tech developments including preparing project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets - Leading project teams by coordinating activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones - Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success - Communicating project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management for decision-making - Working with cross-functional teams to drive results on intended metrics by operationalizing projects/decisions - Assisting with research for business intelligence and business development proposals as required - Helping teams make data-driven decisions by analyzing data across multiple tech platforms - Designing high-level wireframes for the App using product-design methodologies - Understanding different business verticals to identify areas for automation and process enhancement - Updating existing SOPs and creating new operational SOPs when applicable Key Technical Requirements: - 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in product management, preferably through a product's lifecycle - Knowledge/experience in product development, technical analysis, and error management - Hands-on experience in APIs - Project management certification like PMP or similar certification is preferred - BCA/BE/BTech preferred General Skills: - Excellent attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and focus on results - Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude to work with minimum supervision - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills - Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects and tasks - Strong ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment with a high degree of accuracy - Strong Data Analytics Skills If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity at Inflection Point Ventures, please reach out to Aruna A at aruna.a@ipventures.in for further details.
