This role sits at the intersection of Product, Business, and Technology, ensuring the Salesforce platform delivers measurable business value. Translates business goals into functional Salesforce solutions. Designs end-to-end business processes using Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud. Determines which Salesforce products, features, and integrations should be used. Leads workshops with stakeholders to gather and map business requirements. Produces solution blueprints, data flow diagrams, and process models. Works closely with Product Owners, Functional Consultants, and Business Analysts.
