Title: Senior Salesforce Developer with Agentforce Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/Delhi NCR Mode: FullTime Experience: Minimum 7+ years Work timing: From 12:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST Job Description The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters. Responsibilities: Configure and customize solutions using Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and client requirements Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts who carry out the detailed investigation into software requirements Conferring with project managers to obtain information on software capabilities Develop and automate processes for software validation by setting up and designing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code Documenting very necessary details and reports in a formal way for proper understanding of software from client proposal to implementation Skills Salesforce Technical Skills: Lightning experience, LWC (Lightning Web Component), Apex, Triggers, Visual Force, Lightning Aura components, Agentforce. Hands-on Experience of developing AI Agents with Agentforce. Strong experience with Data Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems Strong experience in Agile way of working DevOps practitioner with Bitbucket, Git and CI/CD experience Good understanding and exposure to Salesforce DX Proven knowledge of business process and its KPIs, including best practices to support the relevant business processes Good Communication, analytical & problem-solving skill Any of the certifications would be fine BUT mandatory: Salesforce App Builder, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Certified Agentforce Specialist.
