UI/UX Designer - Fresher

As a UX Designer at Infoaxon, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences through your design solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in user research, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on user behavior and preferences. - Creating wireframes, mockups, and low/high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch based on project requirements. - Collaborating with product managers, developers, and senior designers to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions. - Supporting the team in designing user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to enhance overall user experience. - Maintaining and following design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables. - Participating in design reviews and iteratively improving designs based on feedback. - Contributing to competitive analysis and market research to identify design trends and best practices. - Working closely with the development team to ensure design intent is accurately implemented in the final product. - Assisting in preparing design presentations and documentation for internal and client-facing meetings. - Continuously learning and staying updated with the latest UX tools, methodologies, and industry standards.
