Hiring: Software Engineer Infrastructure Platform (Puppet & DDI) Location: India (Hybrid) Experience: 8+ Years We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer Infrastructure Platform to modernize enterprise infrastructure by leading Puppet migration (5 to 7+), designing scalable IPAM/DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) solutions, and building Python-based automation for infrastructure orchestration. Mandatory Skills 5+ years of hands-on Python development for infrastructure automation Strong experience with Puppet 5 & Puppet 7+ (Migration & Administration) Expertise in IPAM, DNS & DHCP (DDI) Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Puppet/Ansible/Terraform) Strong Linux System Administration experience Experience with REST API integrations Experience in enterprise infrastructure/platform engineering Key Responsibilities Lead migration and modernization of Puppet 5 to Puppet 7+ Design and implement enterprise IPAM/DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) platforms Develop automation tools using Python and REST APIs Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Puppet, Ansible, or Terraform Integrate infrastructure with provisioning, CMDB, and self-service workflows Improve infrastructure observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Nagios Troubleshoot production issues and drive reliability improvements Good to Have Kubernetes & Hybrid Cloud Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD SRE/DevOps practices Bare-metal provisioning & Hypervisors CMDB integrations Interested candidates can share their resume with suject line - Infrastructure Platform Engineer :: Notice Period .
