Role Overview Position: Senior Salesforce Developer Experience Required: 6+ Years Location: Pune, India Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Core Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura components . Cloud Solutions: Build and customize robust solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) . Integrations: Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs to integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and enterprise applications. Architecture & Best Practices: Follow Salesforce best practices regarding governor limits, security models, data architecture, and code optimization. Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders. What We Are Looking For 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Deep Cloud Expertise: Strong implementation experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud . Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Process Automation, SOQL/SOSL , and Web Services (REST/SOAP). Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II Salesforce Certified Sales / Service / Experience Cloud Consultant Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong verbal/written communication, and the ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.
