Senior Quality Assurance Lead (Indore)

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager with the following profile: - Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance - Proven experience in a QA Manager role, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end Quality Lifecycle - Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of at least 50 members, including distributed/global teams - Robust experience in defining and driving QA strategy, governance, and best practices across programs - Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, including UI, API, and performance testing - Experience in CI/CD integration and implementing shift-left and shift-right testing practices - Strong understanding of Agile, Dev Ops, and modern engineering practices - Preferred base location is Indore. The person should be working from the office. - Exposure of AI led development will be a differentiator .
