We have an opportunity for a Client Compute Administrator to join our Global Service Desk team in Bengaluru, India, reporting to the Manager of IT.

In this pivotal role, you will manage and maintain endpoint operations, serving as the go-to expert for Windows endpoint environments across the organization. Collaborating closely with the IT Infrastructure and IT Security teams, you will drive endpoint compliance, security hardening, and automation — playing a critical role in advancing Infoblox's modern device management strategy and ensuring a seamless, secure experience for all users.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

Manage Windows 11 endpoints via Intune (profiles, compliance, security baselines)

Implement and support Windows Autopilot (profiles, ESP, provisioning, troubleshooting)

Administer Windows Autopatch & Update for Business (rings, updates, monitoring)

Drive endpoint security (BitLocker, Defender, CIS benchmarks)

Build PowerShell automation for remediation, reporting, and workflows

Manage app deployment & patching via Patch My PC (testing, rollout, rollback)

Package & deploy apps via Intune (Win32/MSI)

Act as escalation point for complex endpoint issues (OS, performance, network, auth)

Perform RCA and reduce repeat issues via automation and standardization

Manage macOS via JAMF (policies, apps, compliance) and support MAM policies.

Be Prepared — What You Bring

4–7 years of experience in endpoint management platforms (Intune / JAMF)

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (profiles, compliance, security baselines, Autopilot)

Expertise in Windows update management (Autopatch / Windows Update for Business)

Advanced PowerShell scripting, including WPF-based automation tools

Experience in application packaging & deployment (Win32/MSI) and Patch My PC

Solid knowledge of Windows security hardening (BitLocker, Defender, CIS benchmarks)

Hands-on experience with MAM policies (app protection & data security)

Strong understanding of Conditional Access and endpoint compliance alignment

Excellent troubleshooting & RCA skills for complex Windows endpoint issues

Experience with JAMF Pro (macOS) and compliance audits (SOC 2, ISO) is a plus

MD-102 certification required; relevant degree and additional certifications preferred

Coordinate and collaborate with IT Infrastructure and IT InfoSec teams on various projects

Drive vulnerability remediation and restoration

Deliver SOPs to manage endpoint posture and hardening

One Year:

Crosstrain team members on MDM Solutions

Decide on endpoint licensing and vendor management

Work on endpoint strategy and modern client architecture

Deliver audit readiness documentation and processes

Work on tools integration and automation
