Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) Administrator Location: Bangalore / Hybrid Department: IT Infrastructure & Endpoint Management Experience: 4-6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) Administrator to manage enterprise endpoint management, application packaging, software deployment, operating system deployment (OSD), patch management, compliance, and endpoint lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities Administer MECM infrastructure including Primary Site, Distribution Points, Management Points, and Software Update Points. Create and manage software Packages and Applications. Package MSI, EXE, PowerShell, and custom applications. Create detection methods, requirement rules, and deploy applications. Build and maintain Windows 10/11 images. Create and manage Boot Images and Task Sequences. Perform PXE/USB-based OSD deployments. Automate domain join, BitLocker, software installation, updates, and device configuration. Configure Software Update Point (SUP) and Automatic Deployment Rules (ADR). Monitor compliance, inventory, reporting, and troubleshoot deployment issues. Required Technical Skills MECM/SCCM Windows 10/11 Windows Server Active Directory Group Policy Microsoft Intune (preferred) Microsoft Intra ID PowerShell WSUS SQL Server (basic) Patch My PC (preferred) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 4-6 years of MECM/SCCM administration experience. Experience with enterprise software deployment and OSD. Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification preferred.
