Job description Job description SAP FICO (Techno functional) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge across Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in SAP implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives, with a primary focus on delivering robust IT solutions rather than core finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Support SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and enhancement projectsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specificationsConfigure and customize SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Month-End Close processesCollaborate closely with ABAP and development teams for custom developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and issue resolutionManage integration points with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, SD etcWork on SAP Fiori applications design inputs, testing, and deployment to enhance user experience and process efficiencyParticipate in testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Support deployment activities including cutover planning and hypercareProvide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisMaintain comprehensive system documentation, configuration guides, and technical specificationsCollaborate effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams across geographiesRequired Skills: 38 years of experience in SAP FICO in a techno-functional capacityStrong technical understanding of SAP architecture and system landscapeProven experience in configuration, debugging, and system enhancementsWorking knowledge of ABAP (debugging level, ability to read and analyze code)Experience working in IT services or consulting environmentsExposure to global delivery models and working with distributed teams across regionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage stakeholders and work in cross-functional environmentsPreferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Finance) implementations or migrationsHands-on exposure to SAP Fiori apps and UI5-based solutionsSAP FICO certification (optional but desirable) .
