Role Overview: Drive data science strategy, lead a team, and deliver AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor data science team. Develop and deploy predictive models and ML algorithms. Collaborate with engineering and business teams for implementation. Communicate insights to stakeholders clearly. Stay updated on emerging data science trends. Qualifications: Master's/Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years in data science, 2+ years in leadership. Expertise in Python, R, SQL, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with big data tools and cloud platforms. Preferred Skills: MLOps, NLP, deep learning. Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Attributes: Strategic thinker, strong leadership, excellent communication.
