We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in Blue Yonder WMS implementations, warehouse operations, system integrations, and supply chain solutions. Role Summary The Blue Yonder WMS Consultant will be responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end Warehouse Management System implementations, gathering business requirements, configuring warehouse processes, integrating enterprise systems, and ensuring successful project delivery from design through go-live and hypercare support. Key Skills Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete 2022/2023/2024) • Warehouse Management System (WMS) • Inbound & Outbound Operations • Inventory Management • Warehouse Operations • MOCA Development • Integrator • Page Builder • Jasper Reports • NiceLabel • RF Forms • ERP Integration (SAP, Oracle, etc.) • TMS Integration • Supply Chain & Logistics Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder WMS solutions • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into WMS configurations • Configure and optimize Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Warehouse Operations • Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and IT teams • Design and implement integrations with ERP, TMS, and other enterprise applications • Develop and enhance MOCA components, reports, labels, workflows, and RF solutions • Participate in SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities • Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance optimization recommendations • Support warehouse process automation initiatives • Ensure successful deployment and adoption of Blue Yonder WMS solutions Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of relevant Blue Yonder WMS experience • Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS Discrete versions • Experience with Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Warehouse Operations • Hands-on experience with MOCA, Integrator, Page Builder, Jasper Reports, and NiceLabel • Experience with ERP and TMS integrations • Understanding of warehouse business processes and supply chain operations • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Good-to-Have Skills Blue Yonder WMS Upgrades and Migrations • Performance Tuning and Optimization • Warehouse Automation Solutions • Labor Management and Yard Management • Client-facing consulting experience • Solution Design and Requirement Gathering Why Join?
