Business Analyst with Property Tax experience

A business analyst is needed to help complete the implementation of the Assessment and Taxes Project. The new property tax system will replace the mainframe which processes all of the property tax payments. Define technical and business requirements for interfaces between existing systems and the new windows based property tax system. Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements; experience planning and facilitating requirements gathering sessions; experience translating business and technical requirements into high-level design documents. Process flows, documented requirements, high-level design documents.
