Job Title: ERP Functional Consultant Experience: 17 Years Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant to manage end-to-end ERP implementation and support business process transformation. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective ERP solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and supportAnalyze client business requirements and map them to ERP solutions and modulesDevelop solution designs and guide clients through implementation and post-implementation support phasesIdentify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to business processes and dataEnsure smooth transition across the customer lifecycle by collaborating with presales, implementation, and support teamsPrepare detailed documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user manualsConduct client discussions to streamline requirements and ensure timely project deliveryCoordinate with internal teams and lead project execution when requiredProvide ERP functional consultation and user training to clientsMaintain daily activity reports aligned with project plans and schedulesRequired Skills: 17 years of experience in ERP Functional Consulting or implementationStrong understanding of finance and accounting processesAbility to translate business requirements into functional solutionsExperience in ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, or ManufacturingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood documentation and reporting skillsPreferred Skills: Domain knowledge in Manufacturing will be an added advantageExperience in ERP deployment and client handlingFamiliarity with implementation methodologies and project lifecycleSoft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong client-handling and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesTeam player with leadership and coordination capabilitiesSelf-motivated and proactive approachWhy Join Us: Opportunity to work on diverse ERP implementation projectsExposure to different industries and business processesGrowth-oriented and collaborative work environmentLocation: Raipur, chhattisgarh Joining: Immediate joiner / As soon as possible and willing to relocation must Compensation: 10,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
