As a Senior Data Analyst at Infor, you will be part of the international Infor User Analytics team, collaborating with team members across India, Sri Lanka, Sweden, and the United States. Your role will focus on delivering data-driven insights and reporting excellence to contribute to Infor's data strategy and business objectives. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL, Redshift, and QuickSight or similar BI tools. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. - Proven track record in scoping, designing, and creating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and other data-driven insights. - Experience working with large datasets and optimizing reporting solutions for scalability. - Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database design principles. - Strong experience mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working within the SDLC, Agile environments, or other iterative development methodologies.
