Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and modern frontend architecture to build a next-generation AI-powered scheduling and optimization platform for the home-care industry. Key Responsibilities Build and upgrade our multi-tenant scheduling and optimization engine.Develop domain logic: staff, routing, competencies, time-windows, continuity scoring.Create frontend components: scheduling UI, KPIs, dashboards.Design efficient APIs for large-scale operations.Build scenario planning tools and forecasting modules.Optimize data handling at scale.Implement metrics, observability, drift detection.
