Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM (mandatory). Experience building and customizing Workspace Solid understanding of integration frameworks Scripted REST APIs REST Message / SOAP Message Integration Hub OAuth, Basic Auth Good understanding of data models and relational tables in ServiceNow. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment. Experience with custom application development on ServiceNow.
