As an experienced professional with 8 to 12 years of experience in software quality assurance, you will lead and define the automation testing strategy, frameworks, and best practices across projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and reusable automated testing frameworks. - Implementing AI-augmented QA workflows, utilizing AI-assisted QA practices for dynamic test generation and risk-based test prioritization. - Mentoring and guiding automation and manual QA engineers to drive technical excellence and instill a quality mindset. - Taking ownership of the execution of automated and manual testing strategies across critical product workflows and releases. - Collaborating closely with engineering and product management to define and refine product requirements, ensuring they are testable, clear, and aligned with business goals. - Participating in sprint meetings and providing feedback from a testing perspective. - Analyzing test results, troubleshooting issues, and identifying areas of improvement in applications. - Mentoring and supporting cross-functional teammates across QA, development, and DevOps disciplines to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared ownership of quality. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 7+ years of experience in the software quality assurance domain. - A proven track record in functional and automation testing to deliver high-quality products. - Deep domain knowledge in web application testing, preferably in the Healthcare domain. - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels. - Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, preferably Playwright with JavaScript or Python with Selenium, and tools like Postman, JIRA, Zephyr, and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions. - A systems thinking approach that balances a big-picture vision with attention to detail. - A passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems.
