Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering,Master Of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology,Master Of Technology,BCA,MCA Service Line Application Development and Maintenance Responsibilities Define and lead the strategic vision and roadmap for platform services, aligning with organizational objectives, technology strategy, and compliance requirements. Drive continuous innovation and improvement through adoption of modern technologies, best practices, and emerging trends. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration. Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives to enable adoption of new platforms, tools, and agile ways of working. Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate platform effectiveness and drive data-driven optimization.
