ITIL Problem Management Practices Role

As an Infoscion, your primary role is to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities for client satisfaction in the technology domain. Your responsibilities include: - Gathering requirements and specifications to understand client needs and translating them into system requirements. - Playing a key role in estimating work requirements and providing project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers. - Contributing to building efficient programs/systems for clients' digital transformation journey. Additional responsibilities include: - Knowledge of design principles, architecture fundamentals, and performance engineering. - Understanding of quality processes, estimation techniques, and project domains. - Ability to translate functional/nonfunctional requirements into system requirements. - Designing and coding complex programs, writing test cases based on specifications. - Good understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, latest technologies, and trends. - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities.
