About the role
As a Java Technical Consultant with experience in Springboot, your role will involve building applications and leading development teams. You will leverage your knowledge and skills in Java Springboot technologies to provide input into the architecture and design phases of development projects throughout the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze user requirements and envision system features and functionality. - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code by setting expectations and feature priorities throughout the development lifecycle. - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development. - Contribute to team meetings, troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms. - Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design Development Validation and Support activities. - Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience. - Design experience using best practices Design Patterns, SDLC, OOP, OOD. - Experience in leading and mentoring teams. - Develop applications using SQL databases schema and SQL queries. - Experience in GIT and version control systems. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming. - Experience with both external and embedded databases. - Create database schemas that represent and support business processes. - Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests. Technical Requirements: - Java, Springboot, Microservices, JSP, JDBC, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate. Additional Responsibilities: - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with remote teams. - High flexibility to travel. - Strong analytical, logical, and team-leading skills.
