Java Technology Analyst

As a Technology Analyst (Java Backend Developer) with 4+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Your responsibilities will include supporting all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), such as architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment. You will provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring timely and high-quality code deliverables across modules. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and production incidents will be part of your routine, along with guiding team members on best coding practices, performance optimization, and secure development. Your ability to take ownership of modules and guide delivery independently, along with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, will be essential. Clear communication through emails/documentation and excellent communication skills will be key.
