About the role
Mendix Advanced Certification (mandatory) Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mendix development Strong experience in UI customization and front-end development within Mendix Proficiency in: Mendix Studio Pro Atlas UI Framework REST/Soap APIs Kafka Integration Snowflake HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React is a plus) Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integration Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and stakeholder management abilities Key Responsibilities Design and develop Mendix applications using best practices and reusable components Customize and enhance UI/UX using Mendix Atlas UI, pluggable widgets, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on usability and performance Integrate Mendix applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and backend developers Experience with microflows, nanoflows, and domain modeling Familiarity with version control systems (Git) Exposure to cloud platforms (Preferred: Mendix Cloud) Experience in performance tuning and application monitoring Knowledge of security best practices in Mendix Key Competencies Attention to detail in UI/UX design Ability to work independently and in team environments Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Continuous learning mindset toward low-code advancements
