Role & responsibilities Network Engineer(L1.5/L2) Job Description Responsibilities: Troubleshooting: Help diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Monitoring: Monitor network performance and report any issues to senior engineers. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes. Support: Provide technical support to end-users and assist with network-related queries. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications: Entry-level certifications such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) are highly desirable. Experience: Hands-on experience (Min 3-4 years) with network devices like routers and switches. Skills: Basic understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP) and familiarity with network security practices. Skills and Knowledge: Routing and Switching: Basic knowledge of routing and switching concepts. Experience with Cisco technologies Familiarity with Load Balancing (F5)Network Protocols: Understanding of common network protocols and services. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Good communication skills to interact with team members and end-users. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate Minimum 3.5 years of experience Location- Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune only.
