About the role
As an RPA Developer with 35 years of experience, your role will involve designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath. You will be responsible for creating automation frameworks, integrating Python scripts for automation and data processing, and analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities. Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will be essential in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing bots. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath - Develop and integrate Python scripts for automation and data processing - Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities - Create reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks - Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of bots - Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, security, and compliance standards - Support bot monitoring, maintenance, and enhancements post-deployment - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance Qualifications Required: - 35 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath - Strong Python programming experience (scripting, data handling, APIs) - Experience with UiPath Orchestrator (scheduling, monitoring, deployments) - Knowledge of databases, SQL, and file handling (Excel, CSV, PDF, etc.) - Exposure to APIs, web services, and system integrations - Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and automation best practices - UiPath Certification (Advanced RPA Developer preferred) - Experience with enterprise automation or digital transformation projects - Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN) - Exposure to cloud platforms or AI/ML integration is a plus Please note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.
