Quality Analyst

As a Process Specialist at our company in Pune, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and regulatory standards are met for our collection-related processes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, reviewing, and analyzing testing results associated with procedural outcomes. Here is an overview of your role, key responsibilities, and qualifications required: Role Overview: You are expected to have a deep understanding of collection-related processes and overall operations. Your main responsibility will be to ensure quality and regulatory standards are met, along with any contractually required service-level agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts for comprehensive testing - Identify and institute tests to measure performance results accurately - Trend, analyze, and provide regular reporting updates on operational outcomes - Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards - Partner with pertinent personnel to ensure completion of all required activities - Participate in information sharing with managers, business partners, and peers - Perform additional assigned tasks Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree - 3 years of quality assurance experience - Experience with Tableau development - Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Experience in Power BI, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, or any analytics tool Additional Company Details: As part of our team, you will work in a dynamic environment that values integrity, goal-setting, behavioral coaching, interpersonal skills, and time management.
