Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical expertise on SAP SD module, including sales order processing, customer management, pricing, billing, and invoicing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions using SAP SD modules. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on SAP SD best practices and system configuration. Troubleshoot issues related to SAP SD implementation projects and provide timely resolutions. Develop documentation for SAP SD processes and procedures.
