ServiceNow IT Operations Management Consultant

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for working on the ServiceNow platform, particularly in global implementation projects. You will have a strong understanding of IT Operations Management and CMDB Processes, including Event Management, Discovery Service Mapping, CMDB/CSDM, AIOps, Cloud Management, and Orchestration. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies - Integrating tools to federate data into the CMDB - Managing IT Asset Management Lifecycle processes for hardware and software - Utilizing interpersonal skills for collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiation - Handling Windows and Unix administration tasks - Troubleshooting network connectivity and discussing credentials with network engineers - Staying updated on ServiceNow Versions, product features, releases, and end-of-life details - Developing scripts using JavaScript, jelly, SQL - Understanding Cloud environments like AWS, Azure, etc. In addition, you will work closely with clients to understand their IT operations requirements and recommend ITOM solutions that align with their business needs. You will be responsible for: - Designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow ITOM modules - Developing and maintaining ServiceNow workflows and customization features - Collaborating with other IT teams for smooth integration of ServiceNow ITOM with other systems - Providing ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow ITOM solutions - Documenting technical specifications and procedures - Serving as the primary technical point-of-contact for ServiceNow ITOM Furthermore, you will be required to define technical solutions for architecture and design aligned with business problems and best practices. You will lead requirements gathering workshops, collaborate with stakeholders, oversee developers' work, and ensure the quality and delivery of development. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to developers and platform engineers on technical design standards and best practices. Your expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB Products, as well as your ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders, will be essential for successful project delivery.
