Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB solutions. Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management. Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to support ITAM and CMDB processes and automation. Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MSc./MSts
