About the role
In this role as a Telecom Architect, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of telecom network performance and reliability. Your technical expertise should include extensive knowledge of telecom networks, protocols, and technologies. You will be expected to have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to handle the most complex network issues. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve highly complex network issues that L2 support cannot handle - Design, implement, and optimize telecom network systems and infrastructure - Lead the resolution of critical incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on services - Continuously monitor and improve network performance, implementing advanced solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability - Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, incidents, resolutions, and best practices - Work closely with L1 and L2 support teams, network architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve network performance - Provide training and mentorship to L1 and L2 support staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge - Lead and manage network-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion - Develop proposals, contribute to solution design, conduct solution demonstrations, and prepare effort estimates in line with organizational guidelines Qualifications Required: - Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly preferred - In-depth knowledge of network security principles and practices If you believe you have the technical expertise and leadership skills required to help our clients in their digital transformation journey, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
